Elkuator is the Crossref member responsible for records registered under DOI prefix 10.66277.
Subscription to this service does not make the partner journal or its publisher an independent Crossref member. It does not provide the partner with a separate DOI prefix, ownership of prefix 10.66277, or independent access to Elkuator’s Crossref credentials.
Partner journals must not publicly display, assign, or announce a DOI under prefix 10.66277 without authorization from Elkuator. DOI suffix structures, registration schedules, and metadata-submission procedures must follow Elkuator’s technical requirements.
DOI registration is subject to:
- completion of Elkuator’s eligibility and identity verification;
- a written authorization or service agreement;
- complete and accurate publication metadata;
- an active public landing page for every registered item;
- confirmation that the applicant has the legal right to publish the content and authorize its registration;
- compliance with applicable Crossref requirements and Elkuator service policies.
Each DOI must resolve to a dedicated landing page containing, at minimum, the article title, author information, journal or publication title, publication date, citation details, and access to the associated content. A journal homepage, issue homepage, temporary URL, cloud-storage link, or direct file link without sufficient bibliographic information may be rejected.
The partner publisher remains responsible for the legality, accuracy, originality, publication ethics, and continued online availability of its content.
The partner must notify Elkuator promptly of changes involving journal ownership, publisher identity, domain names, OJS installations, article URLs, titles, authors, publication dates, retractions, corrections, or other registered metadata.
Basic corrections include limited updates to titles, author names, dates, and destination URLs. Bulk corrections, repeated corrections caused by inaccurate partner submissions, journal migrations, and complex metadata reconstruction may be charged separately.
DOI registration does not constitute journal accreditation, scholarly-quality certification, indexing, or endorsement by Crossref or Elkuator. It does not guarantee inclusion in Scopus, Web of Science, DOAJ, SINTA, Google Scholar, or any other third-party database.
Existing DOI records are intended to remain persistent. Termination or expiration of the annual service plan does not cancel valid DOI records that have already been registered. However, new registrations, metadata maintenance, technical assistance, URL migration, and other support services require an active service arrangement or a separate agreement.
Historical or back-year deposits, book and chapter registration, conference content, bulk metadata corrections, URL migration, complex OJS integration, and extensive technical work may require a separate quotation.
Payment and Renewal
Service access begins after payment, eligibility approval, and completion of the required agreement. Annual service fees are non-refundable once journal onboarding or configuration work has started. DOI registration fees must be paid before or according to the billing terms stated in the service agreement. Payments made in Indonesian rupiah may be calculated using Elkuator’s applicable exchange rate on the invoice date. Taxes and payment-processing charges may apply.
Service Suspension and Termination
Elkuator may suspend new DOI registrations or terminate the service if a partner provides false or misleading information, fails to maintain active landing pages, does not settle outstanding payments, registers content without appropriate rights, engages in unethical or deceptive publishing practices, misrepresents its relationship with Elkuator or Crossref, or otherwise creates legal, technical, or reputational risks for Elkuator.
Service fees may be revised when Crossref fees, foreign-exchange costs, taxes, payment-processing costs, or service requirements change.
