The institution was officially founded in early 2025 under Notarial Deed Number 47 for the establishment of a Commanditaire Vennootschap (CV), duly authorized by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia under Registration Number AHU-0026523-AH.01.14 of 2025. This legal status affirms the legitimacy and formal recognition of Elkuator Research and Publication as an accredited academic publisher in Indonesia.

Elkuator Research and Publication is led by Muhammad Misbahul Munir, who serves as its director. He is supported by an editorial and professional team with expertise in scholarly publishing, research management, and academic administration.
